Once he has estimated he had acquired enough knowledge, he moved to California to learn all the technical side. He decided to go further with his passion and created his winery “Mercury” referring to the mercury found in this area in the early 90’s. His idea is to have an “anti-Château” wine playing on art, amazing wines names, accessible and original wines.
NOTES PERSO
Dégusté le 12 Mars 2017
Nose : A bunch of fresh red fruit (strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries), a slight touch of spicy that makes me think of white pepper.
Mouth : It’s very easy to drink and accessible wine which remains faithful to the nose with almost crunchy fresh fruits.
